I bought this to replace exactly the same lighter I bought almost ten years ago! It is the best lighter ever, very easy and smooth to use and can be refilled so can be used time and time again. The only reason I need to replace my previous one from 9+ years ago is that it is really well used and whilst it still works, just needs to be retired. After having various cheap lighters that dont last and are difficult to refill I chose this one, I havent had to fill it yet so I cant comment on that, the spark is quite stiff and if you had a weakness in your hand this could be a problem but I am hoping it will loosen up with use.
