01. What are the shipping costs?

02. When will my purchased products be shipped?

We do our very best to ship each sales order ultimately on the next working day after the order was paid, provided the products are  in stock. We do our very best to keep stock levels synchronized with our webshop, to prevent you from ordering products that are not (yet)  in stock. To avoid delays, we recommend you to strongly o choose a payment method that processes payments instantly like credit cards, iDeal (Netherlands) or Maestro (Belgium and Great Britain). In normal circumstances, all orders paid on...

  • - ...Monday are shipped on Tuesday
  • - ...Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday
  • - ...Wednesday are shipped on Thursday
  • - ...Thursday are shipped on Friday
  • - ...Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday
03. When will my sales order be delivered?

Delivery times depend, of course, on the destination of the parcel and the selected transportation method. All parcels are shipped from Brabantia's central warehouse in Overpelt, Belgium. The delivery times below are estimates for the standard parcel delivery service of our partner DPD:

  • - to Austria: 2 – 4 working days
  • - to Belgium: 1 working day
  • - to France: 2 – 4 working days
  • - to Germany: 1 – 2 working days
  • - to Great Britain: 2 working days
  • - to Netherlands: 1 working day
  • - to Spain: 4 – 5 working days
  • - to other countries: depending on the distance
04. What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

If you have chosen for (home) delivery by our distribution partner DPD or another parcel delivery service, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox. This card gives you information about your parcel: either the parcel has been delivered to one of your  neighbours, or the card provides you with the contact details of your local representative for making a new delivery appointment. In most cases you can do so online.

05. What should I do if my parcel is damaged, of if it contains the wrong product?

In case something went wrong with your order, please contact us through our contact form. If possible, please provide us your order number. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

06. How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail from us when your parcel has left our warehouse. In this e-mail you will most likely find a track-and-trace link: almost all our distribution partners offer a track-and-trace service. Only small items that fit in a normal envelope will not have track-and-trace: these are  sent to you by normal postal service. The track-and-trace link in your e-mail leads you directly to the track-and-trace information as provided by our distribution partner.

07. On what days is the Brabantia warehouse facility closed?

Our central warehouse is located in Overpelt (Belgium) and is closed on all Belgian holidays. On these dates no orders will be shipped:
