01. What products can I return?

All Brabantia products that have been purchased from brabantia.com can be returned for free, within 14 days after receiving them. All products can be returned as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. In case of damaged or missing products: please contact us through our contact form, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

02. What do I have to do if I want to return my sales order?

If you want to return a sales order, please use our request RWA form. Please provide us information about:

  • - The original sales order number
  • - Your e-mail address


Based on that information we can advise you on the best method for returning the items to our warehouse. For large items, we will arrange a pick-up with our distributor. In that case, you will be contacted for a pick-up appointment.

03. How long does it take to receive my refund after I have returned a product?

Please allow 2 weeks from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit card or bank account of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. For some payment methods, we will need some extra information from you before being able to refund your money. In that case, you will receive an e-mail from us with an information request.
