Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Ordered on the Thursday, picked up from store on the Sunday, on opening it was found to be broken, Tesco's after sales service useless, they could not replace it with another and there new system does not allow you to exchange for any other model, the Clubcard Points will take a month to go back onto my account. The whole business is a shambles!, useless broken product, useless service and a company that does not care about its customers satisfaction. What an utter waste of time and space. Do not buy this product and would suggest you look at other stores for an alternative as Tesco does not give a satisfactory after sales service when the useless products they sell do not come up to standard or are fit for purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Airer, Lots of Space, Really Easy to Put Up and Down Had an old Brabantia that had done sterling service for many, many years, replaced with this much newer version. Huge improvement on ancient model, glides up and locks into place really smoothly. The old one I rarely put down as you needed quite a lot of pressure to get it taught, this one I collapse when not in use and use the cover (with zip) to keep it clean. If it lasts as long as the old one it will be money very well spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rotary airier I am very pleased with my brabantia 60 metre square rotary airier.I am a female pensioner and I am not very tall so I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to put it up and down but I am not able to have a regular clothes line and I wanted the maximum line space,so I took a chance and it as worked out so well,I am able to put it up and down easily and it just glides so it is no effort,so thank you brabantia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and takes plenty of washing. Wanted an airer large enough to hold several wash loads. This does the job and is easy to put up and take down. Seems robust too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Points: The airer is fantastically light but does not have any facility to attach hangers. It does come with a very good, and easy to put on, cover with zip. Bad Points: The small piece of plastic that locates in the holes to support the entire canapy (top and bottom) is inadequate - the first one broke the first time I put it up. The whole system cannot work without it. I now have a replacement airer but am constantly aware of the flimsyness of this very crucial componant and the weight it has to bear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Points: Spins freely while the column remains stationary. Note: Some other models do not... 45mm diameter column fits existing concreted in socket used for an old model Halls airer. Dural column means no corrosion unless you live near the sea - we do. Bad Points: Dural column means no corrosion unless you live near the sea - we do. Feels flimsier than the old Halls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Points: Purchased this to replace identical one that lasted 9 years. Bad Points: Can't lock it in position while loading it
