Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Ordered on the Thursday, picked up from store on the Sunday, on opening it was found to be broken, Tesco's after sales service useless, they could not replace it with another and there new system does not allow you to exchange for any other model, the Clubcard Points will take a month to go back onto my account. The whole business is a shambles!, useless broken product, useless service and a company that does not care about its customers satisfaction. What an utter waste of time and space. Do not buy this product and would suggest you look at other stores for an alternative as Tesco does not give a satisfactory after sales service when the useless products they sell do not come up to standard or are fit for purpose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not worth the extra money No evidence yet of this airer spinning despite strong winds.Limited space for clothes to move as rows too close together, it seems that in order to offer more line space the extra lines have simply been put closer together. The airer is also very flat. Was purchased because of shoulder problems, believing ability to change the line heights would be useful - WRONG! if you change the height of the lines unless you are a midget you can practically self-strangle trying to reach the inner lines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Quality Do not be fooled by thinking that all Rotary Dryers ar as good as each other. I had a cheaper one for a short time and quickly learned that it was a false economy. This is a superior product, strong, well made and easy to use. I am only 5 foot tall and can still reach the lines and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone willing to pay a little extra for a product that will give great, long lasting service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rotary washing line The up/down sliding mechanism is very fluid and doesn't seem to stick or be stiff like our previous rotary line. It goes up and down with ease. It's got some great touches - the cover is excellent quality and built to last and the integrated tie to hold it all together when not in use is excellent if a little flimsy. There a red cap to clip over the stake hole when not in use and it's designed with an integrated clip allowing it to be clipped to the line when not in use to save it going astray.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Line loose in socket and keeps moving notches Bought this as thought best on market. However, I would avoid if I were you, especially considering price. Line does not sit in socket tightly, so leans considerably depending on washing weight and wind. Line also constantly drops down its notches, so when going on the line is taught, but in half an hour it's moved down two and the line is then saggy and items on line have slipped inwards.
