01. Why should I create a Brabantia account?

Use 'my account' to keep track of your sales orders and to make your next order more convenient. If you create an account, we will be able to pre-fill your information when you're ordering. Having an account also means that you have an overview of all communication you have had with us. While shopping on brabantia.com for the first time you can choose to create an account. Have you shopped with us before and registered yourself? Then please enter your name and password to gain access to your account.

02. How do I register for an account?

There are two ways to create a Brabantia account:

  • - If you click on the 'my account' button, clearly visible in the top of every page, you will see the button 'create an account' on the next page.
  • - You can also create an account at the moment of ordering. After you clicked 'place order' in your shopping cart, you have the opportunity to register for an account.
03. To what rules does my Brabantia password have to comply?

A valid password for brabantia.com should have a minimum of 6 characters. However, we advise you to:

  • - Choose a password of at least 10 characters...
  • - ...that contains both alphabetical and numerical characters...
  • - ...that is difficult to guess for others...
  • - ...that is unique (not similar to your password for other websites). 
04. How can I log-in to my account?

On every page you can see the 'my account' button right in the top of the page. If you click on that button, it will lead you to the page where you can log-in using your already existing account details or create a new account.

05. I forgot my password, what can I do?

On every page where you can log-in to your account, there is a hyperlink called 'forgot your password?' directly underneath the password-box. If you enter the e-mail address you have linked to your Brabantia account, we will send you an automated e-mail with instructions for resetting your password.

06. Is my personal data securely stored?

If you shop online, you want to know that your personal information is kept safe and secure. On brabantia.com, your personal data is always transferred over a secure and encrypted connection. Please be informed that Brabantia does  not store your credit card numbers or other confidential payment information on its servers.

07. How can I subscribe or unsubscribe from the Brabantia newsletter?

If you do not want to receive our email newsletter anymore, please refer to the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each use Brabantia newsletter.
