01. I need a spare part. How can I buy one?

1. Go to our product overview and select the product that you want to order a service part for.
2. Choose the tab 'service parts & guarantee' and find a selection of matching service parts. Please check if you have chosen the correct product and correct colour!
3. Just select the item required, click 'order', and confirm you want to purchase.
4. You'll be requested to register yourself if this is your first order from brabantia.com, or to log in if you have already done business with us before. You can also order as a guest, without registration.
5. In case of registration: please fill in all your account details if you are new, or check your account details and confirm 'country' if you are already registered.
6. Follow the instructions to the payment service to complete your order. If the order has succeeded, you'll check out with the invitation to view your order status.
7. Within minutes you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail box.
8. After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the link to track & trace your order (except for small items that are  sent by normal postal services).

02. I need a spare part. How can I claim one under guarantee?

1. If you want to claim a free service part under guarantee, go to our product overview and select the product that you want to order a service part for.
2. Choose the tab 'service parts & guarantee' and find a selection of matching service parts. Please check if you have chosen the correct product and correct color!
3. Just select the item required, click 'order', and confirm your guarantee claim, and fill in the required fields (extra information).
4. You'll be requested to register yourself if this is your first order from brabantia.com, or to log in if you have already done business with us before. You can also order as a guest, without registration.
5. In case of registration: please fill in all your account details if you are new, or check your account details and confirm 'country' if you are already registered.
6. Follow the instructions to complete your order for a free service part.
7. If the order has succeeded you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail box, within minutes. Your guarantee claim will be dealt with. If necessary, you will be contacted for additional information or requested to send us your proof of purchase.
8. After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the link to track & trace your order  (except for small items that are send by normal postal services). Please allow a delivery time of 2 weeks.

03. When can I claim a spare part under the guarantee?

Please contact your Brabantia dealer if you wish to make a claim under the guarantee, or claim a service part via our website. During the guarantee period, that you will find clearly specified on every pack, Brabantia will repair free of charge any defects in items which can be ascribed to material, construction and/or manufacturing faults. Or will replace the item or the defective parts of the item at its discretion.

The guarantee period commences on the day of purchase and is only valid on production of proof of purchase of the item. The proof of purchase must conclusively indicate the date of purchase and the dealer's name. The guarantee is valid in the country of purchase and in accordance with local legislation. The guarantee will lapse if unauthorized alterations or repairs are made to the item or if the item is used for purposes other than normal household use.
