Today, Brabantia Holding announced its 2025 results. Revenue in 2025 came to €150.6 million. Challenging market conditions and higher raw material prices led to a slight decline compared to 2024. Nevertheless, the holding’s profit has been maintained, partly thanks to cost reductions. This underlines Brabantia’s resilience and ability to adapt.
Tijn van Elderen, CEO of the holding: “In 2025, Brabantia delivered solid results we can be proud of. This year, we also introduced our new strategy: We don’t make trash”. In a world of overconsumption, we develop household products that are designed to last and worth keeping: iconic design, smart and thoughtful, and built to last. We are also working to minimise our footprint and actively contribute to a circular economy. As a family business, we focus on generations, not quarters.”

Innovations
In 2025, the Brabantia range was expanded by more than 150 new products and colours. That is almost double compared to last year. Stand-out new launches include the smart HangOn Too drying rack and the HangOn Tower drying tower. These are smart drying solutions for both large and small households. By air-drying laundry more often, consumers can save energy. The Bo family of waste bins was also expanded. Beautiful to look at, smartly designed and made to last—fully in line with the new strategy.
Towards 100% circular design by 2035**
Brabantia continues to invest in sustainability through certifications such as B Corp and Cradle to Cradle. The Cradle-to-Cradle Certificate (Cradle to Cradle Certified®) is an international certification for materials and products that can be fully reused, while retaining, or even increasing, their value. In 2025, Brabantia continued building certification across a wide range of products: 77% of the Brabantia assortment - around 600 products in total - is now Cradle to Cradle certified. Of these, 395 (mainly waste bins) are Bronze certified. 195 (mainly ironing boards) are Silver certified.
The use of recycled material also increased by 10%. All Sort & Go waste bins are now made from 100% recycled plastic (excl colourants). In 2025, Brabantia also continued its investment in WeForest, the international non-profit organisation committed to reforestation to prevent desertification. By the end of 2025, Brabantia’s donations since 2014 had helped plant more than 3.15 million trees. Since 2025, all ironing board covers have also been made from 100% Fairtrade cotton. Brabantia sources this raw material from a large Pakistani co-operative of Fairtrade farmers, which invests in projects benefiting people, the environment and the supply chain.
Thanks to all these efforts, Brabantia continues to grow as a responsible, future-focused family business. By 2035, Brabantia is aiming for 100% safe materials, 100% clean wastewater, 100% renewable energy, 100% recycled production waste, 100% recycled/biobased materials and 100% recyclable products.
