Participation conditions

• Any consumer in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy or Poland can sign up for free to win one of the following products:
• Brabantia is making 50x NewIcon 30 litre bins available for this promotion.
• Participation is possible in weeks 37 and 38 of 2025.
• Participation in the promotion requires the full and correct completion of the registration form at https://www.brabantia.com/uk/newicon-competition.
• Each person and email address may participate in this promotion a maximum of once.
• Participation is only open to those aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Brabantia or Brabantia-affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
• Brabantia is allowed to exclude individuals from participation if there is suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.
• By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• Brabantia is entitled to amend these terms and conditions at any time or to discontinue the promotion without providing a reason. 

Personal data

• The personal data of participants will not be released or provided to external parties without prior consultation.
• Participants' personal data can be used to sign up for the Brabantia newsletter if active permission has been given when participating in the promotion.
• Dutch law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Code of Conduct on Promotional Games of Chance apply to this promotion. 

Winner

• 50 winners will be selected in week 40 of 2025, after which the products will be shipped during week 41.
• Selection will be done impartially through the use of a subsidiary question to be answered by all participants.
• Winners will be personally notified by email and the winning product will be delivered to their specified delivery address.
• Participants can indicate their preference for a specific type or colour of product in advance. Brabantia will try to accommodate this preference as much as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• In the weeks following the receipt of the won product, Brabantia will ask winners to write an impartial review of the product, as well as to provide one or more photos of the product in the winner's home (if required).
• It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product and/or amount of money.
• In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by Brabantia.
• No correspondence about the result is permitted.
